Ric's Story
Growing up on a cherry orchard with my father and 10 siblings, the value of hard work and determination was taught early. My father was a jack-of-all-trades, working various jobs as an employee before starting his own business in his mid-40s.
His advice to me has always resonated;
“You will never become wealthy working for someone else, you
will only ever truly become wealthy working for yourself.”
Starting with small residential developments, I built up the capital to transition into larger scale projects. My hard work paid off when in just over five years, I earned more than I would have earned if had worked for 40 years!
After achieving a certain level of financial freedom, some start seeking out other things to find purpose. For me, that led to putting together Australia’s most comprehensive residential and commercial property development training programs designed to help and partner with others to achieve great things together.
